Reminder: If you are going to be absent due to illness you must ring Jen or Lisa before 7:00am. Please do not send a text message. You must also contact the Nursery before 4:00pm to let management know whether you will be in the next day or not. If you do not contact us we may assume that you are going to be back the next day so please keep us informed.

If you are unable to attend your next shift, you must contact the Manager or Deputy Manager as soon as possible. You must contact via phone call made by yourself (Text messages or emails are not acceptable). This phone call must be made to:

You must contact Nursery/Preschool by 16:00 to confirm if you are returning to your next shift. If you fail to contact the Preschool prior to your next shift, this is a breach of policy . If you turn up to your next shift without this prior notice, you will be sent home until your next shift. During your absence you must keep the Nursery up-to-date on the circumstances of your absence and provide a doctors note where applicable.If you are suffering from a notifiable disease such as food poisoning, measles, mumps, scarlet fever, etc. you must not report to work without clearance from your doctor.
