Hello again everyone,

I can’t believe we’ve reached the end of another week already. Is it just me or is time flying by recently?

We’ve had lots of fun this week despite the miserable weather…

Some of our children have been busy making Fathers Day cards. We posted a biscuit recipe in our Facebook group the other day if anybody wants to have a go at making some tasty treats ready for Sunday!

As the weather has been very varied this week, the Babies and Tweenies in ‘Sunflowers’ decided to play it safe and stay inside where it was warm and dry.

However, our older children had other ideas! They made the most of the downpour by slipping on their wellies and going outside to see who could make the biggest splash, catching rain in bowls and jugs and even making their own guttering from the marble run set to catch the water as it flowed from the drainpipe.

Have a great weekend everybody and don’t forget to share your pictures if you decide to have a go at the Father’s Day biscuit recipe!

See you all next week
